Stephen Marsh

Investment Lending Manager

Stephen Marsh is one of the Australian Lending and Investment Centre’s investment lending managers.  He helps clients pay off residential home loans through tailored loan structures, enabling them to build wealth through property.

Stephen has worked in the financial sector since the late 90s, obtaining his management role at Liberty Financial in 2001.  As a business development manager, he worked to expand Liberty’s footprint by bringing specialty finance to more Australians.  In 2010, he joined Commonwealth Bank, where he served as the relationship manager for CBA’s third-party banking arm.

In 2020, Stephen transitioned to ALIC, where he utilises his extensive bank and non-bank experience to deliver innovative lending solutions.  Work should be a choice, not a necessity, and Stephen focuses on helping his clients build their wealth to that comfortable point.

On weekends, Stephen alternates between a car and a bike.  When he’s not ferrying his children between sports games, he’s cycling along the roads and hills of Greater Melbourne.
